Register for the Convention

Purpose: Elect delegates (plus alternates) to the Washington State Republican Convention and adopt the Clark County Republican Party Platform.

Parking is FREE! Pets are not allowed, only trained service animals.

9 AM to 6 PM. Doors open 8 AM. Arrive early!

Delegates $20ºº | Alternates $10ºº | Guests $5ºº

Boxed Lunch Sandwiches (select during registration $20.00)

Vegetarian: Tomato, Mozzarella, and Avocado. Served on a freshly baked whole wheat ciabatta with pesto- balsamic aioli and leaf lettuce.

Ham and Swiss: Served on marbled rye with cucumber slices, leaf lettuce and tomato.

Turkey and Avocado: Served on whole wheat ciabatta with jalapeno cream cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion

All box lunch sandwiches are $20 each and include potato chips, fresh cut fruit cup, a delicious cookie, bottled water, utensils and napkins.

Were you elected at the CCRP Caucus?

If your answer is yes, you can purchase tickets to the county convention here.

You will also want to complete the ‍application form here. At the county convention, you must be elected by the county delegates in attendance to be a state delegate. If you are elected,  purchase your tickets to the state convention within 48 hours here.

I was not elected at the CCRP Caucus, is there any way I can still go?

Yes! You can't vote for who will go, but you can be nominated from the floor by a neighbor in your Legislative District. You will want to get a ticket for the county convention here and complete an application here. If you are elected to be a state delegate, you will need to purchase tickets to the state convention within 48 hrs here.

Congratulations to those who were elected as DELEGATES to the County Convention. You will be doing vital work refining the CCRP Platform and electiing State Convention Delegates.

Additional congratulations to those who were elected as ALTERNATES to the County Convention. If a Delegate from your precinct leaves the fairgrounds, ALTERNATES will take their place for voting in the order elected.

GUESTS are also welcome.

All Delegates, Alternates and Guests must pre-register for the Clark County Convention at http://clarkrepublicans.org/Convention-Registration You may also purchase lunch or bring your own. Nonalcoholic drinks are permitted.

ALL CLARK COUNTY REGISTERED REPUBLICAN VOTERS ARE ELIGBLE TO RUN FOR WASHINGTON STATE DELEGATE POSITIONS WITHIN THEIR LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT.

EVERYONE who would like to run for a Washington State Delegate position shall complete the Application form https://clarkrepublicans.org/washington-state-republican-delegate-application before 9:00 am March 13 to be included on the printed ballot, per Rule 26. *See full Rule 26 below.       

Note:

  1. Only elected Delegates from the Feb 3, 2024 Caucus will be able to vote or nominate Delegates to the State Convention.
    2. AFTER being elected as a STATE Convention Delegate go to:  https://wsrp.org/convention/  and register no later than March 18.
    3. If you want to be considered for NATIONAL Convention Delegate go to:  https://secure.anedot.com/wsrp/candidacy-for-national-delegate

    *RULE 26 – Declaration of Candidacy for Delegate to the State Convention  In a county which is required to or elects to have a printed ballot under Rule 27, then any Republican who is a registered voter within the County/District he seeks to represent, wishing to be considered for the position of Delegate to the State Convention, and wishing to have his/her name appear on an alphabetized printed ballot for such post shall notify the County Chairman or the Chairman's designated representative in writing at least 72 hours prior to the opening gavel of the County Convention. Notice of this procedure shall be contained in the Convention/Caucus call. ‍
