Clark County Republican PCO’s can help clean the voter rolls while you are canvassing for candidates The PCO walk lists are updated each month and usually posted a few days after the first workday of the month using the Voter Registration Database from the SOS. These lists show all the people who are registered at each address.
Here are sample questions that you can ask:
a. Do all these voters live here?
b. Do you know when they moved?
c. When did you move in?
d. Do you still get a ballot for them?
e. Would you sign an affidavit to remove them from this address? If yes, have them fill out the “Affidavit From Current Resident”
If the person you are talking to does not want to sign an affidavit or is not over 18, you can tell them that if they get a ballot for the person who no longer lives there, do not destroy or open the envelope. Instead have them write on the envelope “ Return to Sender. Does not live here”. Put the envelope back in the mail. When the Election office gets the returned envelope, they will mark the voter as “Inactive” and a ballot will no longer be sent to them until they update their address with the Election office. If the person you are talking to knows how to contact the voter who has moved, they could also send them the “Voter Registration Cancellation Form that can be found at: https://clark.wa.gov/sites/default/files/media/document/2026-05/voter-registration-cancellation-form.pdf
If the person signs the Affidavit, please Scan the Affidavit and email to
If you find out that one of the listed voters is deceased, you can tell the resident that if they take a picture or scan the death certificate, they can send it to
