Ballot harvesting is legal in Washington
What does that mean? You can collect completed ballots from your family, friends, and neighbors and turn them in at the elections office or in a dropbox.
The Clark County Elections Office (1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver), is open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday and 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day.
Or return your voted ballot to one of the 22 red permanent ballot drop boxes, available 24 hours a day starting 18 days before an election until 8 pm on Election Day.
