Are Illegals voting in our Elections? - Clark County Republican Party

On May 8, Speaker Mike Johnson and other Republicans introduced a Bill to Protect Americans’ Right to Vote.

The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, legislation led by Congressman Chip Roy(R-Texas) in the House and Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) in the Senate, would require proof of American citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

A quick internet search all showed similar headlines dominating the news outlets on the subject, but a case in Clark County suggests the headlines could be misleading.

Our local KLX radio host, Lars Larson had a segment about it on his show regarding a case that went before Clark County Prosecuting Attorney Tony Golik.

Here is a previous interview from the Lars Larson Show where he outlines the case.
