 tt and Rep. Peter Abbarno are inviting residents of the 20th Legislative D
 istrict to a virtual town-hall meeting the evening of Monday\, March 20.

  The meeting will go from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.\, hosted on the Zoom platform.
  People wishing to participate need to sign up in advance\, using the onli
 ne form available at this link. Meeting virtually allows easy and convenie
 nt interaction with the 20th District delegation\, while meeting on a week
 night avoids disrupting weekend family activities.
 “There's much to re
 port to our constituents\, especially in the areas of public safety\, affo
 rdability and education\, which are the Republican priorities for this ses
 sion. We're seeing progress on issues that affect communities throughout t
 he state\, like addressing the sharp rise of crime and the drug-overdose e
 pidemic\, as well as local issues like planning for future flooding in the
  Chehalis Valley\,” said Braun\, R-Centralia.
 “This town hall also g
 ives constituents a chance to express support or concerns regarding policy
  or budget proposals and to ask questions about these issues\,” said Orc
 utt\, R-Kalama.
 “I am looking forward to listening to the concerns of 
 our constituents from all over the 20th Legislative District and discussin
 g solutions\,” said Abbarno\, R-Centralia. “With the 2023 legislative 
 session more than halfway over\, this is a great opportunity to provide fo
 lks with an update on the many good and bad policies making their way thro
 ugh the process and\, of course\, the many missed opportunities.”
