February 10, 2026 Special Election Note: Ballots will not be sent to all residents of Clark County. Read More.
Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 20, Clark County Elections will mail ballots to all eligible registered voters for the Feb. 10, Special Election.
It is recommended to mail them by Feb. 3, to ensure they are either
received on time or receive a valid postmark. Ballot drop boxes will be open 24 hours a day beginning Jan. 21 and close promptly at 8 pm on Feb. 10.

If a voter does not receive a ballot by Thursday, Jan. 29, they should contact the Elections Office at 564-397-2345 to request a replacement ballot.

Charter Review Commission 2026-2027‍ The Charter Review Commission will review the county's charter and potentially make recommendations for amendments. Fifteen commissioners were elected in the November 2025 general election; three commissioners for each of the five County Councilor districts. Commissioner terms began Jan. 1, 2026, and end Dec. 31, 2027.Â
Any proposed amendments to the county charter must be approved by Clark County voters in a General Election.
