New CCRP Exec Board Elected

I want to thank all of the PCOs and guests that came to the CCRCC Organizational Meeting this last Saturday. These meetings that are held for every county party across the state can sometimes be unpredictable, contentious and divided. That was not the case with ours.
I'm so grateful for everyone involved in the party that showed up. Everyone worked together in such a unified and positive way. We even had many moments of levity and laughter. Most importantly, we productively worked through our bylaws together effectively and efficiently as well as the election of the new board and LD directors.
I want to thank everyone for having the faith and confidence in re-electing me and Sally as your Chair and Vice-Chair again. It's our honor to continue serving this body.

County seeks applicants for Community Action Advisory Board

‍The county manager is seeking applicants to fill the position with a low-income representative from the county’s first district on the volunteer Community Action Advisory Board.
Term periods start Jan. 1, 2025, and are three years, ending Dec. 31, 2027.
Deadline is 5 pm Friday, Dec. 27.

ActBlue Subpoena

Actblue‍, a Democratic fundraising platform, allowed donations made with foreign gift cards until September 2024. OpenSecrets reports the PAC collected $3,773,660,758 in 2024.
