These volunteer positions demand significant time and dedication, often requiring individuals to sacrifice hours away from their family and friends. The organizational meeting is scheduled for December 7th, during which new board members will be elected.

Washington state turns slightly more red in 2024

State Rep. Mia Gregerson (D-SeaTac) has drafted a new bill which creates new categories of “constitutional and civil rights” for homeless people. It would allow the homeless in Washington state to live virtually wherever and however they please, barring cities and counties from meaningful enforcement.
