Meeting 9:30 AM
Newly elected Precinct Committee Officers (PCO's) meet to make decisions that will impact the CCRP’s policies, governance, and overall functioning for the next two years.
Voting on Organizational Bylaws:
The PCOs will review, discuss, and vote on the bylaws that govern the functioning of their organization. This process ensures that the rules and regulations are up-to-date and reflect the current needs and goals of the organization. Bylaws are crucial as they set the framework for how decisions are made, how meetings are conducted, and other key operational procedures.
Electing the Executive Board:
The PCOs will also vote to elect members to the Executive Board for the upcoming 2025-2027 term. The Executive Board is typically composed of key leadership positions such as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other vital roles. These individuals are responsible for making strategic decisions, overseeing the implementation of bylaws, and guiding the organization’s activities over the next two years. |
