Voter Fraud Hearing this Friday, January 26th at 1:30

The First Appearance is scheduled for a Voter Fraud Case where the defendant allegedly (and admittedly) voted her deceased mother’s ballot in Clark County and then voted her own ballot in Portland.  The hearing date is January 26th at 1:30 in Judge Gregerson’s Courtroom (room 501) at the Clark County Courthouse.  If this goes to full prosecution, it will be the first since at least 1999 according to records obtained from the Prosecuting Attorney.  Several patriots have already committed to attending, in person, to show concern for the lax enforcement of voter laws in Clark County.  This may be a short hearing, but it could make a difference in how these cases are viewed by law enforcement and the judiciary in the future.

‍‍Clark County To Restore Election Confidence

The initiative submitted will address these core issues:

  • Chain of Custody: Ensure the security and accurate reporting of ballots to the public from pick up to storage.
  •  Fraud Prevention: Stop illegitimate ballots from being sent out or counted.
  • Voter Roll Cleanup: Ensure voter rolls are maintained 30 days before mailing out ballots.
  • Transparency Measures: Install cameras at all drop boxes and processing areas.
  • Post-Election Audit: A thorough examination after every presidential election.
  • Timely Reporting: Provide the majority of results by the end of election day.
  • Fraud Investigations: Address irregularities promptly and keep the public informed.
  •  Implementation Deadline: Ensure all measures are in place before the next scheduled election.  Visit RestoreVotes.com to learn more.

‍Clark County was well represented at the WSRP State Committee meeting.

We were thrilled that the state party has endorsed our Resolution for Informed Consent regarding medical issues.
