CCRP has formally recognized the following candidates as Republicans:
Battle Ground City Council - C. R. Wiley
Battle Ground City Council - Eric Overholser
Battle Ground City Council - Victoria Ferrer
Camas City Council - Gary Perman
Evergreen School Board - Gary Wilson   
La Center City Council - Myrna Leija

Clark County election officials have not yet received candidate filings for four (4) elected offices.

Please consider filing as a candidate for one of the following:

• Town of Yacolt, Councilor, Positions 1 and 5
• Green Mountain School District, Director, Position 1
• Clark County Fire Protection District 13 Commissioner, Position 3.
  

The special filing period for these positions will open at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 2, and end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023.

Reject 5599! Campaign Results

To all my friends, both old and new, I regret that I must share with you all that the efforts of the Reject 5599! campaign have fallen short by just 5,000 signatures.
What did we accomplish? We gathered 157,000+ signatures in just seven weeks, with an entirely grassroots group of people. We were “staffed” completely by volunteers. We were funded solely on donations by individuals.
It may feel like our work is over, but I’m not done yet. Are you? Because right now our options are to keep fighting or give up, and personally, I just don’t have it in me to sit quietly and watch families be destroyed while the world burns.
