Thurston County Superior Court Judge Chris Lanese spent Friday morning making sure Washington voters read the state government’s campaign literature before they fill out their ballots. He upheld the income tax disclosure written by Attorney General Nick Brown’s office, tossed the legal challenge in front of him, and in the process wiped out the hearing Let’s Go Washington had scheduled that same afternoon.
