Clark County’s Charter Review Commission will host town hall meetings in all five county council districts to explain and answer questions about nine proposed amendments appearing on the Nov. 3 general-election ballot. The county’s home-rule charter serves as the framework for county government—defining its structure, powers, elections, and operating processes—so these amendments could have a lasting effect on how Clark County is governed.
