  and goals of the organization. Bylaws are crucial as they set the framewo
 rk for how decisions are made\, how meetings are conducted\, and other key
  operational procedures.
 Electing the Executive Board:
 The PCOs will a
 lso vote to elect members to the Executive Board for the upcoming 2025-202
 7 term. The Executive Board is typically composed of key leadership positi
 ons such as President\, Vice President\, Secretary\, Treasurer\, and other
  vital roles. These individuals are responsible for making strategic decis
 ions\, overseeing the implementation of bylaws\, and guiding the organizat
 ion’s activities over the next two years.
